Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services between Alédo eGbR, Eckenheimer Landstraße 61, 60318 Frankfurt am Main (hereinafter referred to as "Alédo") and its guests.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
(1) The presentation of food, beverages, and services does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation. (2) A contract is formed upon the guest's order and its acceptance by Alédo.
3. Prices and Payment
(1) All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT.
(2) Payment shall be made on site in cash or by the cashless payment methods accepted at the time.
4. Reservations
(1) Reservations can be made by telephone, online or on site.
(2) Online reservations do not constitute an automatic reservation confirmation. Alédo reserves the right to confirm or reject reservations.
(3) In case of delays, please notify us by telephone in good time.
5. Cancellation / No-show
Alédo reserves the right to allocate reserved seats to other parties in the event of no-show or very short-notice cancellation.
6. Liability
(1) Alédo shall only be liable in cases of intent and gross negligence.
(2) No liability is accepted for clothing and personal belongings, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Allergens and intolerances (LMIV notice)
Our food and drinks may contain the following 14 major allergens according to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011 (LMIV):
Cereals containing gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt, Khorasan wheat)
crustaceans
eggs
Fish
peanuts
Soybeans
Milk (including lactose)
Tree nuts (e.g. almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pistachios)
celery
Mustard
Sesame seeds
Sulfur dioxide and sulfites (>10 mg/kg or l)
Lupins
Molluscs
Detailed information about allergens is available upon request from our staff. Despite our utmost care, cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out.
8. House rules
Alédo exercises the right of domicile. Guests may be refused entry for inappropriate behavior.
9. Data protection
Our privacy policy applies in its current version.
10. Final Provisions
(1) German law shall apply.
(2) Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
